Most store bought garlic salt contains iodized salt characterized by a distinct metallic flavor. Sea salt on the other hand has a much cleaner taste. All of this to say - ours is better! Main ingredients of garlic and sea salt are complimented by a hint of onion and white pepper.

Little Italy packs a big herb taste with fresh basil and Greek oregano. A moderate dose of garlic goes well with hints of thyme and sage. Use this spice mix generously on tomato sauce for pasta or buttered Italian bread. Mix one tablespoon per cup of tomato sauce for your own Italian creation. For dipping: Mix one teaspoon and 1/4 cup olive oil.
