East Curry Ferry

Mix one teaspoon with one cup heavy cream or coconut milk and bring to a boil. To fully unlock the flavor, allow mix to boil 5 minutes before adding meat / vegetables.
Milton's Mediterranean
Light fare seasoning with citrus overtones. A healthy dose of Greek oregano, sea salt and lemon grass gives this blend a uniquely refreshing flavor. Best with fish, light poultry dishes, vegetables and cold pasta salad. For a simple yet spectacular sandwich spread, combine with mayonnaise and cooked chicken.
Tin Roof Border Blend
Rich Mexican seasoning blended mild for use with a wide variety of dishes. Place it on chicken, pork, vegetables, beef, and even eggs to hear your taste buds sing. Mix one tablespoon with one cup of sour cream and enjoy with tortilla chips. Try our Rusted Roof Border Blend for the same blend but with much more heat.
Little Italy
Little Italy packs a big herb taste with fresh basil and Greek oregano. A moderate dose of garlic goes well with hints of thyme and sage. Use generously on tomato sauce for pasta or buttered Italian bread. Mix one tablespoon per cup of tomato sauce for your own Italian creation. For dipping: Mix one teaspoon and 1/4 cup olive oil.
