Amie's Garden This
colorful blend is a refreshing all-purpose mix of red and green bell
peppers, shallots, garlic, sea salt and a touch of pepper. The idea
was to create a versatile, low salt spice blend. What we got was a
unique mix which has become one of our clear favorites! Enjoy on
salads, veggies and dips. Sprinkle over bread with olive oil for a
flavorful treat.
Tin Roof Border Blend Rich Mexican seasoning blended mild for use with a wide variety of dishes. Place it on chicken, pork, vegetables, beef, and even eggs to hear your taste buds sing. Mix one tablespoon with one cup of sour cream and enjoy with tortilla chips. Try our Rusted Roof Border Blend for the same blend but with much more heat.
Bird Creek House Blend Light onion and herb mix best used on fish, poultry, pork, vegetables and salads. Shallots, chives, garlic and sweet green peppercorn provide a great compliment to pasta salads. Mix one tablespoon with one cup of oil to marinate chicken or pork. Mix it with sour cream and milk for a delicious cream sauce.
North Point Beef This
is our winter meat blend, best used for oven-cooked roasts. Rich and
flavorful mix which finishes with a hint of sweet cinnamon. You can
break the rules if you wish and use on pork tenderloin or whole
chicken. Excellent as a dry rub or use wet by mixing with a touch of
oil. Save some for your finishing sauce!
Milton's Mediterranean Light fare seasoning with citrus overtones. A healthy dose of Greek oregano, sea salt and lemon grass gives this blend a uniquely refreshing flavor. Best with fish, light poultry dishes, vegetables and cold pasta salad. For a simple yet spectacular sandwich spread, combine with mayonnaise and cooked chicken.
Green Street Grill Rub Versatile blend to be used on all things grilled. What makes this one special is the smoked sweet paprika. The peppers are dried in an oak wood oven for an incredible taste. New Mexico chili peppers, garlic and a hint of cayenne round out this bold rub. Apply generously to ribs, steaks, pork or chicken 3 - 4 hours before grilling.
