This is our winter meat spice mix, best used for oven-cooked roasts. Rich and flavorful mix which finishes with a hint of sweet cinnamon. You can break the rules if you wish and use on pork tenderloin or whole chicken. Excellent as a dry rub or use wet by mixing with a touch of oil. Save some for your finishing sauce!
